This is a guidline for what our General Pets Control treatment warranty entails.
This warranty applies to General Pest Control treatments performed by We Kill Termites.
Apart of our warranty process we need identification images sent to the admin@wekilltermites.com.au. So we can choose appropriate chemicals to treat problem pest.
We Kill Termites provides a 6-month warranty on general pest control treatments. To qualify for this, all recommendations and rectifications must be met after instruction by the We Kill Termites pest control technician upon their inspection of the property.
Below details exactly what is and isn’t covered under warranty as per the label of products used.
For certain pests, the warranty may necessitate a more extensive treatment, which will be recommended by the technician upon inspection.
Meanings
Internally – internal only (inside house)
Require targeted treatment – application of targeted insecticides for specific pests.
Require extensive treatment – homeowner must perform works prior to treatment for its proper application by technician.
ANTS
Treatment of Ant species externally require a extensive treatment to the property as we need to apply more targeted chemicals and inspection of species and nesting habits.
If homeowner decides to get extensive treatment for any of these species the warranty ceases to operate if
- Property owner or tenant fails to carry our any of the owner’s responsibilities specified in this warranty.
- Failure of product as a result of natural events including fire, floods & rain.
- Intentional, reckless or negligent act by or n behalf of the property owner which impacts the products performance.
Green Ants – internally
Black garden – internally
Argentine ant – internally
Fire ant – not covered.
Black house ant – internally
White footed house ant – require targeted treatment.
Bull ant – require targeted treatment.
Carpenter ant – not covered.
Flying ant – internally
Coastal brown ant – internally
Garden ant – internally
Ghost ant – internally
Odorous ant – internally
Pavement ant – internally
Pharaoh’s ant – internally
Singapore ant – internally
Sugar ant – internally
COCKROACHES
Treatment of some cockroach species externally require an extensive treatment to the property as we need to apply more targeted chemicals and inspection of species and nesting habits.
If homeowner decides to get extensive treatment for any of these species the warranty ceases to operate if
- Property owner or tenant fails to carry our any of the owner’s responsibilities specified in this warranty or advised by pest control technician.
- Failure of product as a result of natural events including fire, floods & rain.
- Intentional, reckless or negligent act by or on behalf of the property owner which impacts the products performance.
American Cockroach – internally
Australian Cockroach – internally
German Cockroach – require extensive treatment.
SPIDERS
Treatment of some Spider species externally require an extensive treatment to the property as we need to apply more targeted chemicals and inspection of species and nesting habits.
If homeowner decides to get extensive treatment for any of these species the warranty ceases to operate if
- Property owner or tenant fails to carry our any of the owner’s responsibilities specified in this warranty or advised by pest control technician.
- Failure of product as a result of natural events including fire, floods & rain.
- Intentional, reckless or negligent act by or on behalf of the property owner which impacts the products performance.
Internal Spiders –
Webbing – covered.
Non-Webbing – not covered.
External Spiders –
Webbing – not covered.
Non-Webbing – not covered.
SILVERFISH
Treatment of silverfish requires an inspection of the property prior to insecticide application.
Technician will recommend post treatment care.
- Hot wash all things in areas they say silverfish are and also clothes in wardrobes to avoid breeding.
The warranty does not apply to silverfish if
- Property owner or tenant fails to carry our any of the owner’s responsibilities specified in this warranty or advised by pest control technician.
- Failure of product as a result of natural events including fire, floods & rain.
- Intentional, reckless or negligent act by or on behalf of the property owner which impacts the products performance.
Rodents
Treatment of Rodents (Rats & Mice) requires a specific treatment which is not included in the General Pest Control treatment.
If homeowner decides to get this treatment, the warranty ceases to operate if
- Property owner or tenant fails to carry our any of the owner’s responsibilities specified in this warranty or advised by pest control technician.
- Failure of product as a result of natural events including fire, floods & rain.
- Intentional, reckless or negligent act by or on behalf of the property owner which impacts the products performance.
Rats – covered in situation where bait has been uneaten
Mice – covered in situation where bait has been uneaten
If baits have failed to be eaten, we will provide free service to rectify this. If baits have been eaten, we will replace the baits which will be a small fee.
OTHER PESTS
All of the following require extensive treatments and inspections with concrete plan to control.
Termites – not covered.
Flies – require targeted treatment.
Mosquitos – require targeted treatment.
Caterpillars – require targeted treatment.
Beetles – require targeted treatment.
Wasps – require targeted treatment.
Bees – not covered.
