Brisbane's Southside is one of our fastest-growing service areas. With older housing stock, established gardens, and high termite pressure across suburbs like Mt Gravatt, Sunnybank, Carindale, Holland Park, Moorooka, and Salisbury, there's no shortage of work. We need reliable technicians who can deliver inspections and treatments to the standard our customers expect.

Pest & Termite Technician

Salary Range
$65,000 – $90,000+ OTE

What you'll do:

  • Conduct termite inspections using thermal imaging and Termatrac radar
  • Install chemical termite barriers to AS 3660.2 standard
  • Deliver general pest control treatments (internal and external)
  • Produce detailed inspection reports with photos and recommendations
  • Communicate findings clearly and professionally to homeowners
  • Maintain your vehicle, equipment, and safety standards

What you'll need:

  • Current QLD Pest Management Technician licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver's licence (QLD)
  • Experience in pest control and/or termite management (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Physical fitness for roof void, subfloor, and outdoor work

Service Area: You'll be servicing suburbs across Brisbane's Southside including Mt Gravatt, Upper Mt Gravatt, Sunnybank, Sunnybank Hills, Carindale, Carina, Camp Hill, Holland Park, Moorooka, Salisbury, Rocklea, Acacia Ridge, Wishart, and surrounding areas. We build routes that minimise drive time so you spend more time on the tools.
