North Lakes is where We Kill Termites started, and it's still our home base. The Moreton Bay region — from Caboolture down to Bracken Ridge — is our most established service area. We know these suburbs inside out, and we need technicians who want to build long-term careers servicing the Northside.

Pest & Termite Technician

Salary Range
$65,000 – $90,000+ OTE

What you'll do:

  • Conduct termite inspections using thermal imaging and Termatrac radar
  • Install chemical termite barriers to AS 3660.2 standard
  • Deliver general pest control treatments (internal and external)
  • Produce detailed inspection reports with photos and recommendations
  • Communicate findings clearly and professionally to homeowners
  • Maintain your vehicle, equipment, and safety standards

What you'll need:

  • Current QLD Pest Management Technician licence (or willingness to obtain)
  • Valid driver's licence (QLD)
  • Experience in pest control and/or termite management (preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Physical fitness for roof void, subfloor, and outdoor work

Service Area: Our North Lakes and Moreton Bay routes cover North Lakes, Mango Hill, Griffin, Kallangur, Petrie, Lawnton, Strathpine, Brendale, Bracken Ridge, Deception Bay, Caboolture, Morayfield, Burpengary, and Narangba. As our home turf, these routes are well-established with strong recurring customer bases.
