Salary Range
$70,000 – $95,000+ OTE

What you'll do:

  • Conduct pre-purchase timber pest inspections for property buyers and conveyancers
  • Perform annual termite inspections for existing customers
  • Use Termatrac T3i radar, thermal imaging, and moisture meters for thorough detection
  • Produce detailed, photo-documented inspection reports to Australian Standards
  • Advise homeowners on termite risk, prevention strategies, and treatment options
  • Coordinate with real estate agents and building inspectors on pre-purchase timelines

What you'll need:

  • Current QLD Timber Pest Management Technician licence
  • Valid driver's licence (QLD)
  • Previous inspection experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent written communication for clear, accurate reporting
  • Physical fitness for roof void and subfloor access
  • Professional and reliable — inspections are time-sensitive
